Why Us?

We have combined 20+ years of experience building and scaling products and teams at companies of various levels of maturity, from startups with no users all the way to products with billions of users, in multiple geographies (US, UK, EU and UAE). We were fortunate to build at companies such as Google, Rocket Internet and others. Those experiences made us appreciate the challenges of scaling, deeply understanding our diverse users and building a great tech culture.

Paul most recently held the position of Chief Product Officer at Joyn.de, the video streaming platform launched in Germany in June 2019. Paul has a breadth of experience building and growing teams and products (from 0 to 8M+ MAUs) at Rocket Internet, namshi.com and joyn.de and managing products at scale (2bn+ users) at the Play Store and on Google.com Search. Paul has deep expertise in consumer (ecommerce) products, media streaming and search, with experience using ML to practically unlock user value. Paul holds an MEng in Electronic Engineering from UCL and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hareesh is a mission driven Project Manager who has spent 15 years at Google in a variety of different teams and in both engineering and product roles - Gmail, Google Ads, Google Fiber as both a Product Manager and as an Engineering Lead. He is currently incubating a startup in Google’s selective Area 120 division. Hareesh holds a BS in Computer Science from RVCE, Bangalore and an MS in Computer Science from University of Illinois, Chicago.
